Ingredients:
1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or any cheese of your choice)
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon butter (melted)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
Salt to taste
Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes for extra spice
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit using your hands or a rolling pin into small, round discs.
Place a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each disc.
Gently fold the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges together to form a sealed ball.
Place each cheese-filled ball onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring there’s some space between them.
Brush the tops of the Cheese Bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese bombs are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling inside.
Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of color and flavor.
Tips for Serving and Storing:
Serve your Cheese Bombs with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or any dipping sauce of your choice.
For a festive twist, you can top the bombs with a drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze.
Store leftover Cheese Bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes to restore their crispy texture.
These are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven, but they can also be frozen before baking. Just wrap them in plastic wrap and foil, and store in the freezer for up to 3 months. Bake from frozen at the same temperature, adding a few extra minutes to the cooking time.
