1. First, remove the outer leaves from the white cabbage, then cut into eighths, remove the stalk and then cut into fine strips.
2. Then heat some oil in a pan, add the cabbage with half a cup of water and cover with a lid.
3. Next, let the cabbage simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with a little soy sauce about 5 minutes before serving and reduce the soy sauce without the lid.
