Ingredients
To prepare this natural garden spray, you’ll need the following:

1 liter of whole milk (raw or pasteurized)

1 liter of clean water (preferably distilled or filtered)

1 teaspoon of iodine solution (common pharmacy tincture, 2–3% strength)

Optional: a few drops of mild liquid soap (helps with adhesion)

Directions
Combine Milk and Water
In a clean spray bottle or container, mix 1 liter of milk with 1 liter of water. Shake or stir well.

Add Iodine
Carefully add 1 teaspoon of iodine solution to the milk-water mixture. Stir thoroughly to distribute evenly.

Optional – Add Soap
If desired, add a couple of drops of mild liquid soap to help the spray stick to plant leaves.
