1/3 cup chopped green onions (about half a bunch)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from approximately 1 medium lime)
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt (or 3/4 teaspoon table salt, adjust to taste)
