Ingredients:
For the Pie Filling:

500g (1 lb) ground beef
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon beef stock powder
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tablespoon flour (to thicken)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
For the Pastry:

2 sheets of puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
1 egg (for egg wash)
Flour (for dusting)
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling:

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant (about 3 minutes).
Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned and cooked through.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, tomato paste, and beef stock powder. Mix well to combine.
Add the beef broth and let the mixture simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened. Stir in flour to help thicken the sauce, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Remove from heat and let the filling cool slightly.
Assemble the Pies:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Using a round cutter, cut out circles large enough to fit your pie filling (about 10–12 cm/4–5 inches in diameter).
Place a tablespoon of the meat filling in the center of each pastry circle.
Fold the pastry over to create a half-moon shape, sealing the edges by pinching them together with a fork.
Place the assembled pies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
