Introduction
Varicose veins can be an uncomfortable and unsightly problem that affects millions of people worldwide. While there are many medical treatments available, I discovered two natural, easy-to-make remedies that significantly reduced the appearance and discomfort of my varicose veins. Ingredients
Remedy 1: Onion & Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic
1 large red onion

1 cup apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

1 tablespoon raw honey (optional)

Remedy 2: Garlic & Olive Oil Poultice
6–8 fresh garlic cloves

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 clean cloth or gauze

Directions
For the Onion & Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic:
Peel and finely chop the red onion.

Place the chopped onion in a jar and cover it with apple cider vinegar.

Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 24 hours.

Strain the liquid and add raw honey if desired for taste.

Using a cotton ball, apply the tonic to the affected areas twice daily, gently massaging it into the skin for 5–10 minutes.

For the Garlic & Olive Oil Poultice:
Crush the garlic cloves to release their juices.

Mix the crushed garlic with olive oil to create a paste.

Apply the mixture directly onto the varicose veins.

Cover the area with a clean cloth or gauze to keep the poultice in place.

Leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Repeat daily for best results.
