Fill a big pot halfway with water and heat it until it boils.
Put the sliced cabbage, chopped onions, and finely cut celery into the boiling water, then lower the heat.
In another pan, cook the ground beef on medium heat until it turns brown. Be sure to remove any extra grease.
Add the spices you like to the Lipton Onion Soup. Combine with the beef.
Put the seasoned beef and cooked tomatoes into the vegetables that are cooking slowly.
Keep cooking the mixture for a little longer, then taste it and add more seasoning if necessary.
