500g mixed seafood (shrimps, scallops, mussels... )
1 onion
2 potatoes
500 ml of fish broth
200 ml of fresh cream
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of butter.
Sel, poivre
Minced Parsley
Instructions:
Preparation of the onion:
Drain the onion and put it back in a saucepan with butter until translucent.
