Whether you're preparing them for a special event or just craving something sweet at home, they are easy to make and absolutely delicious. With minimal ingredients and no baking required, this dessert is an instant hit with everyone!

Ingredients:

200g Oreo biscuits (about 16 cookies)
100g milk chocolate, broken into pieces
100g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for extra fluffiness)
Instructions:

Prepare the Base: Start by crushing the Oreo biscuits into small chunks or crumbs. You can do this by placing the biscuits in a zip-top bag and using a rolling pin or simply pulse them in a food processor. Set aside.

Melt the Chocolate Mixture: In a medium saucepan, melt the milk and dark chocolate with butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Once melted, pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and glossy.

Combine with Oreos: Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the crushed Oreos (and mini marshmallows if using). Stir gently to ensure the biscuit pieces are well-coated in the chocolate mixture.

Set the Bars: Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the chocolate-Oreo mixture into the pan and press it down firmly to form an even layer.

Chill and Set: Place the pan in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is fully set and firm.

Serve: Once the bars are chilled and set, cut them into squares or bars. Serve and enjoy the deliciously crunchy, chocolatey goodness!
